The COVID-19 pandemic has heightened the importance of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
For your safety, we have changed the way we operate in our sites on a daily basis.
We aim to have our network of sites be the best in terms of cleanliness and hygiene standards in the industry.
With your help and feedback, we have identified key consumer touch points across the full site, forecourt, shop and food area and we will ensure that every site safely delivers the 21 Customer Touchpoints.
Rest assured that our Quality and Hygiene Marshalls are equipped to deliver high standards of cleanliness on all of your common touchpoints consistently.
We have identified the following as common touchpoints based on all your different needs and the importance of a clean forecourt:
- Oil top ups,
- Consumption of food and drinks on site
Your safety is our priority; we reassure you that we have the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards at each site, every day, all the time, putting your health and safety first.
Amid COVID-19 developments, we want to assure you that Shell Service Stations in Botswana will remain open following government guidelines to serve our valued customers and help keep necessary journeys on the road. During this time, our Shops and Quick Service Restaurants will be open daily between 10AM and 8PM, as per Botswana Government regulations.
We put the service back into service-station, ensuring you always leave us a little happier than when you arrived.
